SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped via USPS. To receive a rushed delivery, orders must be received prior to 2 PM Eastern Time Monday to Friday and will be processed that day (for products in stock only; some exceptions may apply). Orders taken after 2 PM Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day. If an ordered product is on backorder, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. We ask that you please allow 2 to 8 business days for ground shipments, depending on customer location in the U.S. All ground delivery orders will be processed in the order we receive them. If a customer accepts promotions or offers for free shipping, please be aware that Eleman service reserves the right to void the offer on excessively large or heavy orders (this is a rare occurrence). Any orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, or national holidays, will be processed the next business day. Customers DO NOT have to place an order or enter a credit card number to view their final shipping cost. You can simply go to “checkout” and enter your shipping and billing information during the first step of checkout.

Back Orders. Inventory levels may vary, due to order volume. Our inventory is extensive; however, there are times when backorders may occur. The customer will be notified as soon as possible via phone or email when this condition occurs and told the adjusted price of their modified order, should any other items be withstanding. According to customer preference at that time, the order will then be shipped as complete. We do NOT ship items separately in case of a backorder.

Cancellations or Shipping Changes. Immediately after an order is placed, it goes into our automated fulfillment system and will be processed, in most cases, the same day. www.sarahjacksonbeauty.com does not charge your account until it ships. The product may be returned according to our return policy. Once an order is submitted, shipping and billing options cannot be changed. It is your responsibility to contact our customer service department if you wish to change any information you have already provided and submitted.

Typos And Substitutions. www.sarahjacksonbeauty.com is not responsible for errors or typos of any kind in relation to products on the website, including those of the product description or price. www.sarahjacksonbeauty.com reserves the right to substitute any product on our site for one of a different size; these substitutions will always be made to a larger size, providing better value to the customer.

PO, APO, and FPO. Boxes All Packages shipped to U.S. Post Office, APO, and FPO Boxes will be shipped using US Postal Services. Orders should arrive within 2-10 business days (for items in stock only).

Customer errors that result in wrong products being shipped, or wrong orders due to change of mind by the customer, or any other errors that occur for reasons other than www.sarahjacksonbeauty.com error, will be refunded to the customer for the amount of merchandise only, excluding shipping and handling cost, only if items are returned within 30 days of purchase and are unopened and unused. In the case of merchandise returned that is eligible for any free shipping offer, and such offer return reduces order amount below the free shipping requirement, we shall deduct the free shipping charge from the customer's total return credit before the restocking fee is charged. In the event of returns that are a result of an error by Elemanbeauty.com, we’ll send a replacement item featuring the correct product and pay for shipping charges both ways.

Credit And Exchange of incorrect products will be processed only after receipt of the item and after the item is inspected and accepted by www.sarahjacksonbeauty.com. We require up to 15 days to process a return and issue a refund. USPS will be used to ship all replacement merchandise.


RETURNS

Our return and exchange policy was created to allow us to keep our prices as low as possible. It is as follows:

Refunds may be obtained within 30 days from the delivery for any merchandise that is unused and resalable, in its original new condition and original packaging with the exception of our lipsticks. Lipsticks cannot be returned due to Covid restrictions. A photo is required in this process of the item(s) being returned. These restrictions are due to product control and health regulations. TheSkincareClinicLA.com will not accept any returns/exchanges after 30 days of purchase.

Return Procedure. All returns must be approved in advance, by us via email or phone, within 30 days of receiving the product. You will receive a return authorization number and address within 24 hours.

ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IS SUBJECT TO A 25% FEE TO COVER RESTOCKING. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN#).
